Hello, I'm Barbs! I graduated from Seven Lakes HS in Katy, TX & drill team has been a part of my life ever since! From Rangerettes, to Aggieland, I am now in my 6th year as a dance educator in the Houston area. Outside of dance, I am very involved with the youth ministry program at my church. I have witnessed teenagers find truth and radically transform their lives to serve and glorify Jesus in all they do (which is hard in our world today). This is what sets my soul on fire. My goal in the dance community is to integrate who we love most and what we love most! I can only offer the gifts I've been given and facilitate a weekend to encounter Him, but I know what He offers surpasses our expectations in every way.

I have served and helped plan over 20 retreats in the last 7 years and it is incredible to see the fruits of stepping away from our busy life to grow closer with God. I am so excited to do Arise for the third year. Let's share the good news and be a vessel for His Kingdom, sisters! I hope to see you there.
